Georgia Participant Direction Advisory Group Seeking New Members

June 26 2019

The Georgia Participant Direction Advisory Group (GAPD) is looking for new members who are currently receiving NOW/COMP waiver services via the participant direction model, and who are interested in educating and advocating on behalf of individuals who are considering participant direction or who are participant directing NOW/COMP waiver services. Members meet 4 times per year in Macon and have an opportunity to provide input on waiver services, processes, and disseminate information to other constituents in their region. If you are interested in participating, please review the GAPD Guidelines, complete the Application, and return it to Tammy Watkins, PD Coordinator, at no later than July 15th, 2018. Applications will be reviewed by the current GAPD members and decisions will be made by July 31st, 20018. Thank you for considering joining this group as an effort to improve waiver services and the lives of individuals who are participant directing their services.
