Our Statement on the Events of the Last Week

The death of George Floyd in Minneapolis and Ahmaud Arbery in Brunswick has led to protests and demonstrations in Atlanta and around the country. These protests are a reflection of how racial injustice continues to impact us and the world we live in. The civil and human rights of children and adults with disabilities are an essential part of who we are at Parent to Parent of Georgia. We stand together and support those who peacefully speak out against injustice and inequality in all its forms. As these voices are lifted, we hope to see positive change for all of our citizens.
