Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) – COVID-19 Information

Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) has received approval from Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) of 1135 and 1115(a) waivers which provides the State of Georgia with a number of flexibilities for Medicaid and PeachCare for Kids® providers and members. Georgia is waiting for approval of two Appendix K plans for providers and families served by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD). Read more here.

Appendix K-COMP-NOW is an Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan which allows temporary changes to the waiver for the period of March 1, 2020 – February 28, 2021 to better support participants during the COVID 19 Crisis.
