Pre-Hearing Procedure and the Trial

Parent to Parent of Georgia is very pleased to have Craig Goodmark, Attorney at Law, presenting a 3 part series on Due Process.  Session 1 helped participants look at whether Due Process is the right choice,   Session 2 focused on creating a due process hearing request, and Session 3 will look at pre-hearing procedure and the trial.
Session 3 topics will include:
–  Resolution Period:  IRS, Mediation, Negotiation
–  Pre-Hearing Motions: Motions to Dismiss, Motions in Limine, Motions to Evaluate, and Motions for Summary Determination
–  Evidence Exchanges
–  Identifying and preparing witnesses
–  Thinking through a solid case
