Creating a Due Process hearing Request

Parent to Parent of Georgia is very pleased to have Craig Goodmark, Attorney at Law, presenting a 3 part series on Due Process.  Session 1 helped participants look at whether Due Process is the right choice,   Session 2 focuses on creating a due process hearing request, and Session 3 will look at pre-hearing procedure and the trial.

Session 2 topics will include:
– Regulatory requirements:  Making sure your due process request meets minimum criteria
– Telling the story:  Using narrative to be an effective advocate.
– Sufficiency:  A new defense
– Remedy:  Do you know what you hope to achieve with the request?
